In order to study at any UK Higher Education Institution you will need to be able to prove that you can read, write, speak and understand English to a satisfactory level.
English Language requirements for UK universities mean that, as a minimum, you will need to attain either of the following two qualifications:
IELTS (Academic) 6.0 or
TOEFL (internet based) 80 or
TOEFL (paper based) 550
Many UK universities will run their own English preparation programmes if you do not fulfil the minimum entry requirements for the above examinations.
UK universities will also accept specific English language qualifications as an alternative entry requirement to those mentioned above. Please remember that the above scores will vary depending on the type of course and university to which you apply.
If you are interested in studying, or you want more information about undergraduate or postgraduate programmes at UK universities, please contact us or register your interest and we will be happy to guide you through the application process.
